Mitrevski martial arts’ academy is aimed at ensuring that women understand the value of self defense and in the process empowering themselves to be stronger, confident, less intimidated and worthy. Joining our martial arts academy comes with an exclusive offer for all beginners, a 4-week trial offer for $100, and a free foundation membership for those that register with us. The 4-week program is structured to cover the most common attacks; this will ensure that in little time you have the idea on how to defend yourself from most of the common attacks. After the four week program, we proceed to exposing you to the full curriculum.
Our classes are fun and conducted in a safe and engaging environment thus, enhancing faster simulations and learning. Also, classes are instructed by a highly trained, experienced and qualified black belt under Master Pedro Sauer, a direct source under Helio Gracie (the founder of Gracie jiu jitsu).
Join our classes by registering through the email box today, as the women’s only class is scheduled to hold every Tuesday starting 16th April 2019 by 6-7pm. The first class is targeted to be a special 2 hour class which will cover introduction and topic discussions. During the first 4-week program, each class will cover different scenarios and techniques. Our classes will ensure that in little time, you are eased to joining the adults’ class of mixed genders as an option.
The jiu jitsu focuses more on techniques rather than just strength and it ensures that there is a lot more benefits other than self defense that are attached to the process.
Our women’s class at Mitrevski martial arts’ academy does not require pre-training or fitness. Our 4 week training program is suitable and open to women of 13 years and older.
