At Mitrevski Martial Arts Academy, we offer quality training in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu martial art with a training method that is clear and well-structured and does not require any prior athletic skills. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu differs from other forms of martial arts because rather than teaching how to score points against an opponent in a competition, it equips women on how to defend themselves in real life situations. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu has no age limits so we can guarantee that every woman can master and execute the techniques perfectly.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Self-Defense Classes


Mastering the art of the Brazilian jiu jitsu has been the source of strength and inspiration to a lot of women out there, and the weaker minds. The need for women to be empowered and feel worthy of the themselves can’t be overemphasized thus, the need for Gracie jiu jitsu which was design to use leverage over strength and athleticism, enabling perfection for the weaker individual.

Mitrevski martial arts’ academy is aimed at ensuring that women understand the value of self defense and in the process empowering themselves to be stronger, confident, less intimidated and worthy. Joining our martial arts academy comes with an exclusive offer for all beginners, a 4-week trial offer for $100, and a free foundation membership for those that register with us. The 4 week women’s program is structured to cover the most common attacks; this will ensure that in little time you have the idea on how to defend yourself from most of the common attacks. During the program we proceed to exposing you to the full curriculum.

Our classes are fun and conducted in a safe and engaging environment thus, enhancing faster simulations and learning. Also, classes are instructed by highly trained, experienced and qualified black belt under Master Pedro Sauer, a direct source under Helio Gracie (the founder of Gracie jiu jitsu).

Women’s Gracie Jiu-Jitsu

Join our classes by registering through the email box or buying your 4 week pass today, as the women’s only class is every Tuesday starting 16th April 2019 from 6-7pm. The class will cover introduction and topic discussions also. During the program, each class will cover different scenarios and techniques. Our classes will ensure that in little time, you are eased to joining the adults’ class of mixed genders as an option.
