My unique methods will get you moving on your feet. Unlike anywhere else, i emphasize on movement (footwork) the ability to position yourself in the right place at the right time. Finding your co ordination, balance and sensitivity with your footwork will leave you way ahead of the rest. Not only will it help you with boxing but will add to your arsenal with every other art. Boxing is not only about punching but learning the right technique to prevent injuries and also learning how to use your whole body through correct technique and movement. Through boxing you will develop athleticism and core strength on top of learning proper boxing techniques.
