Get Your Sweat On

It’s fine, you’re allowed to sweat. Most people get disgusted by sweat, but the fact is sweating from your workout has healthy benefits. Sweating is a process whereby the body tries to cool itself down. 


Exercising causes the body to heat up, triggering your sweat response; In fact, the fitter you become, the better your body cools itself down. 



As your body becomes more efficient at cooling down, you’ll start to sweat less, even though you’ve probably advanced in your fitness levels. It will then require more intensity in your workouts to bring on the sweat. 



Sweating helps with boosting energy, maintaining a healthy weight, body detox, and clear skin and can reduce the risk of cardiovascular health problems. ⁣
